Program Mission Statement
We all have to start somewhere, right? Mentorship is something director Kristina Arjona and writer Leanna Adams both prioritize as multi-faceted filmmakers. They believe in the power of uplifting others, which is why this feature film aims to empower underrepresented Georgia voices both on and off-screen. With a commitment to paying mentees to improve accessibility, the Randy Mandy Mentorship Program promotes active learning, leadership, and fostering community while providing a working wage.
